   I first met Kim at a time when I was raising 3-6 colts a year and working full time. I really needed the extra help on the ranch. We had feeding cleaning and doctoring chores! Of all the friends, family and employees I have ever known, Kim has been without a doubt the one that showed up faithfully, with her very capable help every time!

   She has great compassion and kindness and I trust her totally to care for my beloved animals.

   Kim sets herself apart from many individuals because of her sheer desire to make sure all pets are as happy and well kept as possible regardless of the circumstance. Kim al;so pays close attention to pet's specific needs such as medications, food/water intake and general health. She is a very hard worker and would often outwork people much younger then herself. I also know Kim to be very honest and trustworthy and because of this I personally had her house sit for me on several occasions.

   I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Kim Johnson. Kim has worked for us at the S6 Ranch several times. During these times, Kim has proven to be a conscientious and reliable worker. In our absences, Kim had total charge of the animals on our ranch. She cared for our horses, chickens, goat and cats. Kim even fed our cattle, although this was not something she was familiar.

   Kim assessed all the animals' health during the times she was responsible for them and reported her observations when she communicated with us. This care, concern, and sense of responsibility makes it easy to recommend Kim Johnson without reservation.

   Kim has taken care of my horses several times over the past 10 years. Usually one week at a time. I feed my horses 3 times a day with a specific amount of hay and beat pulp. I tend to be observant of my horses characteristics and weight. I have never noticed any loss of weight or changes in the horses' mannerisms after returning.

   Kim has always bee conscientious about notifying me if and when something was not normal involving the horses. 

We have used Kim Johnson several times over the last year to care for our dogs while we were out of town. Kim has done an excellent job. She is very responsible and the animals care and safety are always her main concern. If she has doubts about a situation she will contact us to advise us of the circumstances. She has a knack with animals and makes a connection with them. We have been very satisfied with her work and will continue to use her in the future.
